When rescheduling or cancelling an appointment please be sure to do this no less than 24hrs prior, if not you will forfeit your deposit and you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service. If you are running late please reach out to me. if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a $15 late fee to reschedule. If you no show for an appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of your service. Please reach out to me if anything happens i try to be understanding before anything!
